Our geese were the first residents at the sanctuary and are our great welcoming pack.
They are a mix of old and young Toulouse, Emden, Chinese Swan, African Swan, Buff and a few combinations.

Some were born at the sanctuary, some gifted to us, some rescued from abusive situations, and some escaped the butcher. They can all fly, but they prefer their feet on the ground or in the pond, and they “fly-run” when in a hurry.

They eat a combination of C.O.B. (corn, oats and barley) and duck pellets twice a day. They love treats of greens, especially spinach, corn on the cob, and any kind of melon.
